The Caribbean Cadet Association (CCA) is an organization established to promote integration, leadership, and good citizenship among the youth within the Caribbean region and beyond. Comprising Caribbean National Cadet Forces/Corps authorized by relevant government authorities, the CCA aims to facilitate exchanges between cadet members within the region as well as with similar organizations outside the Caribbean. The association also focuses on standardizing training, coordinating regional programs, and providing resources and assistance to member corps/forces, ultimately fostering unity and advancing the objectives of the Cadet Movement throughout the English-speaking Caribbean Community States.

Management of the CCA
The Management of the CCA during the interval between the Annual Commandants’ Conferences shall be exercised by the Council whose tenure shall be for a period of one (1) year.

Our Objectives
Promote closer Caribbean integration through exchange of Members of the Cadet Corps/Forces within the region.
Facilitate the exchange of youth of the Caribbean Cadet Corps/Forces with youths of similar organizations outside the region.
Consider the staging of the Annual Caribbean Cadet Camp.
Plan and implement regional training programmes for the benefit of Officers and Cadets of the Corps/Forces.
Standardise and update Cadet training within the region.
Promote the formation of Cadet Corps/Forces within the territories of the Caribbean.
Negotiate air/sea transport for regional and international Cadet activities.
Assist Member Corps/Forces with personnel, equipment, training and other resources where necessary.
Negotiate bulk purchases of training aids where necessary.
Produce a regional newsletter and other publications for information of Member Corps/Forces.
Make recommendations to appropriate authorities in individual territories of the Caribbean as to such matters as will promote the aims and objectives of the Association.
Provide an administrative structure with which to advance the Purposes and Objects of the Cadet Movement throughout the English-speaking Caribbean Community States.
Bring greater strength to the Cadet Corps/Forces through a unity of effort.
Hold, manage and control an Annual Conference of Commandants of the CCA.
To select and determine the venue of the Headquarters of the CCA from time to time.
Association of Caribbean Cadet Commandants’ Conference 2026
The 39th Staging of the Association of Caribbean Cadet Commandants’ Conference 2026 is scheduled to take place from 13–16 July 2026 in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.
The Conference will be convened under the theme: “Cadets: Safer, Stronger and Inclusive Caribbean.”
